The Moving Moment When I Went to the Universe

Yayoi Kusama Victoria Miro Gallery, 2018. This special publication documents the ambitious presentation of forty-one works created by Yayoi Kusama for her exhibition The Moving Moment When I Went to the Universe. It features a personal and reflective text by the Japanese poet, critic and curator, Akira Tatehata, and is richly illustrated with specially commissioned photography, which includes dramatic frieze-like configuration of My Eternal Soul paintings, and a filmic sequence of images charting the colour transitions of Kusama’s latest immersive environment, Infinity Mirrored Room-My Heart Is Dancing Into The Universe.
